These sessions feature project updates, live demos, and insights into our latest developments. Each organization can reserve a dedicated 20-minute window for personalized support and Q&A with the team on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited slots available per call. ↩

  2. We're developing a comprehensive video course covering essential Zensical features and best practices for maximum effectiveness. The curriculum includes advanced topics such as customization and integration strategies, alongside foundational concepts like information architecture and lifecycle management, providing both tactical guidance and strategic insights for professional users. ↩

  3. Members of the Enterprise tier receive one hour of dedicated support calls with the Zensical team each month. Unused time rolls over for up to three months, ensuring you have personalized assistance available when you need it most. Additional support hours can be scheduled on-demand for urgent requirements or complex projects. ↩

  4. We provide standard mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to safeguard the confidentiality of your projects and strategic discussions with our team. These agreements establish legal protection for sensitive information while enabling secure collaboration. For organizations requiring enhanced confidentiality provisions or specialized terms, we accommodate custom NDA arrangements, which involve additional legal costs that will be passed through to your organization. ↩
