Confidentiality¶

Zensical Spark offers a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for organizations that require it. While we built Zensical Spark to protect sensitive data by default, we provide an NDA to meet specific procurement or security policies.

This guide describes our binding commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Our commitment¶

We recognize that trust is built through action, not just assurance. We make this binding commitment to your privacy and discretion:

• Confidentiality: We guarantee strict confidentiality for all private chats and conversations within your organization's exclusive private channels. Your sensitive information remains protected at all times.

• Deletion of private channels We permanently delete your exclusive private channels after subscription termination. In order to prevent accidental loss, this process follows a 30-day confirmation period. Of course, you may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

• Logo usage and brand representation: We will never use your logo, company name, or acknowledge your membership publicly without your explicit prior written consent.

• Marketing and communication: Your subscription details will never be used for marketing or promotional purposes without your approval. We treat your information with the highest level of confidentiality and will not disclose it without authorization.
