Martin Donath¶

Founder

Martin has 20 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, delivering products with a compelling UX and DX. He is the creator of Material for MkDocs a project he started in 2016 and grew into a highly successful tool used by professionals around the world. Drawing from that experience, he started building the next generation of systems for documentation and knowledge management, that became Zensical.

Dr. Alexander Voss¶

Enterprise solutions

Alex was previously Lecturer in Software Engineering at the University of St Andrews (UK), specializing in Human-Centric Design and Software Engineering. He joined our team in 2023 and began working on Material for MkDocs. He focuses on AX and DX, as well as architecture and enterprise solutions – so you will most likely find him answering questions and sharing his knowledge in our Zensical Spark space.

Timothée Mazzucotelli¶

Developer

Timothée is a passionate Open Source developer from France with a background in Computer Science. With more than 10 years of professional and Open Source experience in diverse environments, he specializes in creating Python tools and libraries, focusing on improving documentation, developer experience, and productivity.

He created mkdocstrings, the leading MkDocs plugin for API documentation and the second most widely adopted project in the ecosystem.

Katharina Linnenkugel¶

Communication & relations

Kathi is the community lead at Zensical and the first point of contact for new members. She moderates our Discord Channel, ensuring that discussions remain on topic and friendly.
