Spark brings individuals and organizations together with the Zensical team and fellow practitioners. Members get early access to new features and a direct voice in what we build next.
Spark Community is for freelancers, consultants, and other practitioners who rely on Zensical professionally and join as individuals. For organizations, we recommend starting with Spark.

Early access to new featuresUse new Zensical features before public release
A direct voice in our workShare feedback directly while new features take shape
Our team participates in Community discussions on a best-effort basis. Each Community membership remains personal and does not create an organization relationship. It does not grant access to the Organizations space or a private space. Shared administration, support contacts, confidential collaboration, and an SLA are not included.
If you only have a quick question, our free, community-led Discord may be all you need. Ask other users, share your latest work, and join the conversation; our team drops in from time to time, too.
Spark is for organizations that rely on Zensical and want a direct working relationship with our team. Choose the level of support, confidentiality, and continuity your organization needs.

Studio Team and Spark are separate purchases. If your organization has both, assigned Team users can join Spark discussions. Support requests covered by the initial-response SLA must come from an authorized support contact. Your administrator can join discussions if they also have a Team seat or an authorized support role. The support add-on lets your organization authorize one more person to request support and have one more request open at a time.
The Community space is shared across all Spark memberships; the Organizations space is shared across organization memberships. Neither is for confidential information. A dedicated private space is confidential throughout, including all discussions, messages, and attachments. The initial-response SLA covers a human response and initial troubleshooting, not resolution or feature delivery.
Spark Strategic 20 and 40 add 20 or 40 hours of reserved implementation capacity each year for agreed modules, rule packages, integrations, or adapters. Scope and availability are confirmed before purchase.
